Policy of the company
The owner of the company has declartively defined policy that is fully in line with a form and purpose of this business system and reflects dedication to fulfill ordering party’s requests as well as those coming from all of the employees and to work on the improvement of the system effectiveness all the time.
The policy of the company is the frame based on which the company’s goals have been established.
Planning
Planiranje is being conducted in accordance with the agreed goals for the period of one year. Monthly realization of services is being planned in accordance with the adopted annual plan.
The company is dedicated to invest a bigger part of its income in the new works. having in mind that we are in the region that objectively cannot be considered as a real market based on which development visions could be made, the company is interested in cooperation with foreign companies that has a secured market and with whom a long term cooperation could be established.
Management has secured that defined goals on an annual basis are clearly and explicitly delegated onto the lower levels, to processes – owner of the processes, especially those that relate to production processes. The goals on all levels are measurable and harmonized with the ordering party’s requests.
Service delivery
Organization plans and deliver services within its domain such as:
- All services characteristics and specifications, determined in advance;
- Availability of documentation and work guidelines;
- Availability and usage of equipment;
- Monitoring and measuring realization;
- Conduction of the activities related to monitoring, realization and validation of contract
With the aim of having the process under control and managing of processes, specified requests and conditions are established and maintained, which means:
- Selection of the machines and equipment is conducted in accordance with the requests from the work specification;
- Installation, maintenance and repair of the installed equipment and machines is being conducted with the relevant keeping of records and in accordance with the established ordering party's requests.
Organization possesses documented work instructions with the aim of having the executor understand procedures and standard that should be fulfilled.
These are:
- Plans, drawings or specifications (simple and well-introduced operations);
- Work instructions for: conduction of works, verification operations, control and test operations.
Company „TERMOGRADING“ Ltd plans and implement process of monitoring, measuring and permanent improvement of all processes and conduction of work in order to show that works and services have been harmonized wuth the buyers' and ordering parties' requests.
MEASURING OF BUYER’S SATISFACTION
Management of the company follows satisfaction of ordering party, while information sources on ordering party’s requests are:
- direct contacts with ordering party or investor that are kept files on and are analized,
- peridoically conducted survey and
- reports in different types of media
Management of the company collects and analize data for the purpose of improvement of business system, rising of service quality and works conducted, as well as to assess the areas where certain improvements can be made. All data are being collected through a contact with a buyer and measuring of work characteristics, analysis of buyer’s satisfaction, analysis of supplier, following of trends in all related fields, following and analysis of the competitive market. Organization continuously works on improvement of the system effectiveness by monitoring of the results of the conducted works, results of other companies in the market, results after the checkings, ocrrective and preventive measures and reviewing from management's side. All of the observed discrepancies and whatever is potentially discrepant with the ordering party’s requests or technical and legal obligations, are being solved through applying of corrective and preventive measures. Organization has established and applies controlling or any other necessary acitivities in order to secure that all procurred goods, equipment, machnies and everything that is being installed in accordance with the ordering party's requests fulfills specified procurement requests not only in terms of quality, but also necessary technical characteristics.
