For an easy running of service – business process, the management of the company secures necessary resources in terms of equipment, cadres and working conditions.

The management of  company „TERMOGRADING“ Ltd. secured all necessary resources so that:

  • the staff conducting the job could be more capable and competent in terms of education and additional training, knowledge and work experience,

  • the existing infrastructure secures proper working conditions for an easy running of all business processes,

  • quality and quantity of equipment secure fulfilling of the user’s requests,

  • quality and quantity of transportation means secure an easy running of designed processes,

  • quality and quantity of the additional equipment and supporting staff create a convenient working environment in accordance with the defined requests not only from regular, but also from potential ordering parties and investors.


Human resources

All employees meet necessay qualification requirements in accordance with the needs of the company’s scope of work. Management of Termograding consists of ten (10) highly educated economists,  managers and electrical, mechanical, mining and civil engineers. Among more than 200 employees of ’’Termograding’’ Ltd Gacko are people of different professional and educational background – engineers, technicians and specialists of different profiles who are capable of fulfilling the work orderer’s requests within the prescribed deadlines, which serves as a guarantee of quality and a proof that the works will be completed in a proper timely fashion. Each employee has his or her personal file which consists of necessary legal and cadre documentation, as well as of proofs that an additional trainings are continuosly being conducted as a result of preventive or corrective measures, or simply as an expressed need for the increase of quality for the purpose of fulfilling of ordering party’s requests. The employees are being trained in accordance with the Annual plan for professional development. These trainings are conducted in a form of internal trainings and those outside of the company. All newly employed workers are being trained for conduction of given tasks and activities. Special attention is being given to professional development of workers in regards to safety at work and fire protection. Checking of the gained knowledge is being conducted in accordance with the legal regulations by the related institutions.


Infrastructure

The company „TERMOGRADING“ Ltd. has secured infrastructure necessary for an easy running of the works and functioning of the business system. The equipment for conduction of activities, machines and transportation means enable easy running of all processes within the system. The company possesses mechanization for conduction of mining works on the exploitation of minerals and excavation of waste-rock as follows:

  • excavators  LIEBHERR and CATERPILLAR,

  • bulldozers CATERPILLAR,

  • excavation machine WIRTGEN SM 2200,

  • dumpers FAUN I CATERPILLAR,

  • trucks MAN and MERCEDES,

  • combined excavators CATERPILLAR and NEW HOLAND.

All machines have been identified by the name and have use permit and attest.

Within its own work space, Termograding secured the maintenance of the equipment, tools and transportation means in working condition in order to fully satisfy ordering party’s request.

The company has more than 4,000 m2 of business, storage and working premises.

Working environment

The company secured a working environment, so that all employees has proper working conditions, necessary for unobstructed conduction of all work tasks, but also of all ordering party’s requests. Our facilities consist of business and office space in our headquarters in Gacko and an office space in Banjaluka for the needs of Banjaluka business unit. All business-ofifce space is equipped with all necessary equipment, telecommunications and the Internet. Within warehouse and workhouse premises, such working conditions have been secured so that a worker has enough manipulating space for normal handling of the machines and conduction of all necessary operations, enough light, necessary protection equipment, while micro-climatic conditions are in line with legal regulations.
