ORGANIZATION OF THE COMPANY

In accordance with its registered scope of activities, company ’’Termograding’’ Gacko is organized as follows:

MAIN PROCESSES ARE:

  • Exploitation of minerals
  • Maintenance of mechanical and electrical plants and devices
  • Overhauls of electrical power plants
  • Overhauls of power plants
  • installation works and works on construction of electrical power objects
  • Commercial works of purchasing of equipment and spare parts

(Other main processes are defined and established in accordance with the agreed works and Ordering party’s request)

SUPPORTING PROCESSES
secure an easy running of the main processes and they are:

  • Security and promotion
  • Finance and accounting
  • Legal, personnel and general administration
  • Maintenance
  • Transportation

For proper conduction of the processes, the company has on its disposal necessary resources in terms of cadres and equipment as well as with information necessary for monitoring and implementation of the process.

Management employs measures in terms of education, stimulation, securing of the working conditions and other measurements in order to secure realization of the planned results, constant process improvement, and fulfilling of all of the obligations, as agreed within the Contract.

Management of the company constantly conducts planning of resources, organization and procurement in order to fulfill Ordering party’s requests, increase effectivenes and develop new processes within the company.

MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP

Management of company  „TERMOGRADING“ Ltd consists of :

  • The Owner and president of the company
  • Director
  • Technical manager
  • Finance manager

The president of the company communicates and establishes direct contacts with ordering parties within the country and abroad, authorizes all contracts, takes resolutions on procurement and is responsible for managing of the company, policy making and defining of goals.

Director of the company is authorized and responsible for securing an easy running of the service-business process in terms of usage of the existing resources in order to fulfill the agreed works so that the ordering parties would be completely satisfied. He has special authorities in order to secure an easy running of the service-business process.

Technical manager is responsible for running of the work implementation process, implementation of the developed plan and accuracy of the plant and equipment in order to have an easy running of the works.

Financial manager is responsible for finance management, employing of legal regulations and sevuring of financial resources

Managing of organization is being conducted in accordance with the agreed annual goals and the established policy of the company and/or agreed plans, so that the business system is constantly improving.

Management keeps all employees informed about the importance of fulfilling of buyers' requests, that is ordering parties' requests, realization of the agreed goals, laws and rulebook.

Management periodically, on a regular basis, reviews business system, nat least once a year.

Management of company „TERMOGRADING“ Ltd has secured that all buyer's requests are fulfilled in all phases of the business process. The company's biggest market is Bosnia and Herzegovina, where the continuous cooperation has been secured with permanent ordering parties – investors.

Other buyers in the country and abroad are being contacted on different ways: through tenders, public calls and direct contact of the company's management.

Management of company „TERMOGRADING“ Ltd annually reviews business system for the purpose of evaluation of:

  • needs for improvemend and system changes,
  • policy of the company,
  • goals of the company

Based on the results of the review process, the management brings decisions and measures related to:

  • improvement of the business system,
  • quality of services and implemented works in relation to the ordering party’s requests
  • securing of the necessary resources

RESPONSIBILITY, MANDATE AND COMMUNICATION

Management has secured that responsibilities and mandate are fully defined, as well as that the employees are acquainted with them in order to enable them to be competent for conducting of different functions, through an employment contract for a specified post and job description. In that sense, each eomployee follows guideline „Good work criteria“ and „Guidelines for internal and external communication“.
