MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE AND OVERHAULS FOR THE NEEDS OF THERMAL ELECTRICAL POWER PLANT GACKO:

masinstvoIn the area of mechanical works, Termograding has a respectable experience in the area of installation of objects and mechanical circuits and plants, maintenance of operational readiness of big energy plants, which has been proved through long years of continuing process on maintenance of most sensitive plants at the Mine and Thermal Electric Power Plant such as:masinski-pogon1

  • Mechanical works on control, checking of functionality, replacement, sanation  and installation of mechanical parts and equipment on the coal conveyance system with pulverization plants, combined devices for disposal and taking up of coal, tripper cars and bunkers as well as conveyor belts with total length of 5000m.
  • Mechanical works on control, replacement, sanation and installation of mechanical parts and equipment on objects of shipment of slag and ashes, chemical-technical plant, mazut station, boiler house, mechanical hall, heating, hydrant network, fire protection system, etc.

Since its establishing up to now, Termograding has been continuously conducting maintenance works on facilities within the Mine and Thermal Electric Power Plant Gacko such as:

  • Maintenance and monitoring of the work of the coal conveyance system and plant.
  • Maintenance and monitoring of the work of the supporting objects system and plant
  • Maintenance of pipeline system of boiler and other plants
  • Maintenance mechanisms of the boiler plant
  • Supporting works in GPO and other objects

Beside regular maintenance works, since its establishing termograding has been continuously working on overhauls of objects and plants within the Mine and Thermal Electric Power Plant Gacko out of which we will state only some of them such as:

Mobile welding-locksmith groups consisted of highly qualified locksmiths, electro-welders as well as gas welders and those in argon protection conduct complex overhaul and installation works on power plants such as works on installation and welding of valve and pipeline in argon protection, installation and welding of channel of smoke tract, expansion joint, vessels under pressure and installation of boiler as well as other welding-related works upon the investor's request. In 2007 and 2008, upon the request from the investor of the Mine and Thermal Electric Power Plant Gacko, Termograding conducted installation and commissioning of the new mechanical-technological equipment of the plant for hydrualic transport of ash. This big project included procurement of the equipment, installation, disposition and interconnection in a new technological unit. Also, a static checking of the existing object was conducted together with related construction adaptations of the object, stipulated by the change of the mechanical equipment. Installation and commissioning were conducted in accordance with the guidelines of the manufacturer of the equipment. The project was completed within the agreed deadlines, while the designer and investor checked the completed works and conducted technical acceptance of the object.

MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE FOR THE NEEDS OF MINE "GRAČANICA" GACKO:

Company “Termograding’ Gacko has been present at the sites of the Mine and Thermal Electric Power Plant Gacko since 1996. Its primary activities are related to the works of production and maintenance of the facilities within the Mine. Since the very beginning our cadres have been  conducting important works in relation to maintenance of the operational readiness of the plants and equipment within the Mine.

TERMOGRADING IS ENGAGED IN THE FOLOWING WORKS ON MINE "GRAČANICA"

  1. Ongoing mechanical maintenance of the equipment of the First and Second systems of excavators-conveyor belts-stackers during the day shift and in the shift work;
  2. Workhouse works

ONGOING MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE OF THE EQUIPMENT OF THE FIRST AND SECOND SYSTEMS OF EXCAVATORS-CONVEYOR BELTS-STACKERS DURING THE DAY SHIFT:

  • Works on repair and ongoing maintenance of the mechanical construction and circuits on the facilities within the Mine;
  • Malfunction remedies during periodical checkings and repair of the system equipment;
  • Maintenance of the bucket wheel excavators;
  • Maintenance of the conveyor belts;
  • Maintenance of reclaimers;
  • Maintenance of stackers;
  • Replacement of well-worn parts
  • Monitoring of the work of the plant within technological First and Second systems of excavators-conveyor belts-stackers;
  • Providing assistance in vulcanizing works;
  • Participation in the operational group for lubrication;
  • Welding works in the field;
  • Participation in overhaul works of the mentioned equipment;
  • Other related works in accordance with the Ordering party’s request.

ONGOING MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE OF THE EQUIPMENT OF THE SECOND SYSTEM OF EXCAVATORS-CONVEYOR BELTS-STACKERS IN A SHIFT WORK (THREE SHIFTS):

  • Maintenance of the bucket wheel excavators during the shift,
  • Maintenance of the conveyor belts during the shift,
  • Maintenance of reclaimers during the shift,
  • Maintenance of the stackers during the shift,
  • Inspection and monitoring of the equipment within the Second system of excavators-conveyor belts-stackers during the shift,
  • Works on overhaul of mechanical construction and circuits within the Seconf system of excavators-conveyor belts-stackers during the shift,
  • Malfuctioning remedy during the shift and periodical checkings and repair of equipment within the mentioned system,
  • Providing assistance in vulcanizing works in a concrete shift,
  • Providing assistance in sanation of breakdowns,
  • Lubrication of machines in a concrete shift,
  • Other related works in accordance with the Ordering party’s request.

WORKHOUSE RELATED WORKS

Welding-locksmith works in the workhouse:

  • Overhaul and preparation of circuits and aggregates in the workhouse;
  • Repair of pinch rollers, return and suspension cylinders
  • Welding works on mechanical circuits;
  • Repair of buckets
  • Repair of bearers of supporting rolls;
  • Other related works in accordance with the Ordering party’s request.
