The enterprise for design, engineering and trade ‘’Termograding’’ with  p.o. Gacko was established in 1991. The owner and establisher is Žarko Dragičević. Since the day it was established up to present time, “Termograding” has been extending its scope of activities and recording constant development and growth. All of this has been confirmed through positive financial reports during all years of our company’s work. Since 1999 it has been working under the current name - Termograding Gacko, Ltd, the enterprise for design, engineering and trade. The company proved its development and growth in 2004 with a successfully conducted privatization and decision on merging with an enterprise for installation and repair works ‘Remontmontaža, Ltd.', through which its scope of activities has broadened, while the company's capital has increased. In 2008 'Termograding Gacko Ltd' established a branch office in Banja Luka. Today, the company has more than 200 employees of wide range variety of profiles.

SCOPE OF ACTIVITIES

Termograding’s primary activities are as follows:

• Electrical maintenance, installation, overhaul, checking and examination of energy installations and plants,
• Mechanical maintenance, installation, overhaul, checking and examination of energy plants and vessels under pressure,
• Mining works on opening, preparation, elaboration, excavation, loading, shipping and disposal of mineral raw materials and waste-rock,
• Construction of mining objects:
  - Maintaining, operating, installing, technical protection, repair and reconstruction of the mining objects and equipment,
  - Rental of equipment in mining with or without an operator.

• Works on geological research or exploratory drillings,
• Construction works in civil engineering as well as in hydro-electric.

The main partner of Termograding is the Mine and Thermal Electrical Power Plant gacko. Since it was established up to now, Termograding has been continuously conducting onoging maintenance as well as overhauls of the mechanical and electrical plants within the facilities of the Mine and Thermal Electrical Power Plant Gacko, as well as the exploitation of minerals and excavation of overburden for the needs of mine ’Gračanica’, Gacko. For conduction of the abovestated activities, the compay has employees, cadres and technical capacities of the appropriate profiles. Using the available resources and insofar experience in its field of operating, ’“TERMOGRADING“ Ltd. is striving for permanent improvement of the overall quality of its business performance for the purpose of acquiring of new markets and preserving the old ones. The company is dedicated to investing a bigger part of its income in new businesses. Taking into account that it is in a region which objectively cannot be considered as a serious market based on which development visions  could be made, the company is interested in cooperation with foreign companies which have a secrued market and which a good and more long-term cooperation could be established with.
